JOB TITLE: Costs Draftsperson

THE ROLE:
My client is a Top 100 firm with a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Costs Draftsperson. The firm’s cost team undertake a variety of work to include bills of costs, points of disputes, budgets, advices and negotiations for personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection and commercial matters. The appointed Costs Draftsperson will be responsible for their own caseload and, dependant on experience, manage the costs team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced Costs Lawyers or a non-qualified draftsperson with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. Applicants hoping to be considered for this role must have excellent attention to detail along with the confidence to work under own initiative and manage time and priorities effectively. Confident communicators will thrive in this role as the successful Costs Draftsperson will be expected to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
