JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear/ Hybrid
PQE: 0 - 3 years’ PQE
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000

The appointed Solicitor will be tasked with handling Residential Conveyancing matters in a busy department. You will provide advice, assistance, and representation to clients, consistently maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care.

•You will collaborate closely with the property team, participate in regular supervision meetings, and take on responsibility for more complex cases within the team.

•The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor level with 0 – 3 years’ PQE who have experience managing a substantial domestic conveyancing caseload from commencement to completion.
