TITLE: Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, CLC, or Qualified by Experience)
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting role for someone to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions and will have direct client contact.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing. You will be a qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or through extensive relevant experience. You should be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation along with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
