PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR 1+ PQE, HAMPSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An exciting new opportunity has arisen at a leading regional firm, offering flexible options for both full-time and part-time hours. JOB REF: 6638

•The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of private client matters. You will offer expert advice and support on tax and trusts, including creating and managing trust structures, as well as probate and estate administration.

•In this role, you will manage Court of Protection work with professionalism, maintaining the firm's high standards of client service. You will also prepare and oversee Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring that clients' wishes are legally protected.

•The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in private client work, gained in either a national firm or a boutique practice. Experience in contentious probate matters and STEP membership would be desirable but is not essential.
