The appointed Immigration Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to both Private and Business Immigration law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will be expected to have experience in Visa - for work, students, family, and visitors – and Sponsor Licence applications, advising on migrant employees, settlement / indefinite leave to remain, extension and citizen applications, human rights & asylum matters, and deportations.

• The successful candidate will good client care skills, providing strong legal advice in accordance with SRA code of conduct, and up-to-date technical knowledge.

• You will have a proven ability to manage your own caseload, adhering to deadlines and agreed targets, with a keen approach to continued professional development and business development.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
