Property Litigation Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, East Sussex, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – This leading law firm is recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy, well-established team. JOB REF: 6635.

• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload, reporting directly to the Partners of the team and working with their national client base.
• You will be advising on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies; drafting notices; conducting possession claims and advising on statutory matters affecting all areas of leasehold law.
• This is a busy role so you will need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise workload accordingly.
• It is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience in this area of law.
