JOB TITLE: Pensions Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: up to 4 + years’ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: on application

•You will be part of a team that offers comprehensive pensions law advice to a diverse client base, including private individuals, employers, and pension scheme trustees.

•This includes handling scheme mergers, solvent restructuring, buy-ins and buyouts, addressing pension issues during corporate transactions, and managing member complaints and grievances.

•The Pensions Solicitor will undertake drafting, interpreting, and advising on pension scheme documents, offer guidance on pensions legislation, assist the Pensions Partner, and participate in business development efforts to support the department's growth.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors with up to 4 years’ PQE and experience working in a similar role.
