Residential Conveyancer - Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE up to £50 per hour. A well-established firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to support their team during a period of absence until January 2025. JOB REF: 6625

•The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

•You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.

•This role is primarily office-based, though the firm does offer remote working one day a month. Additionally, secretarial support is provided.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

•The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with leasehold properties, along with previous supervisory experience.
