OVERVIEW:
• The successful candidate will provide legal secretarial support to the Family Department and other divisions as needed.
• They will manage and store all documents and correspondence on the Case Management System.
• Prioritise workload efficiently and follow the firm’s procedures, including accounts procedures.
• Assist the Managing Partner with confidential and sensitive matters.
• Manage correspondence and the firm’s electronic diary on Outlook.
• Cover reception duties when required.
• Handle electronic filing and file management.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills, with an expected speed of 65 wpm.
• Prioritise tasks effectively to maximize output and productivity.
• This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with the potential to become permanent.
• Experience in a similar role within the Family department is essential.
• Applications from paralegals with secretarial skills will also be considered.
