Wills & Probate Solicitor – Locum, 3+ PQE, Essex , c£45 - £60 per hour. A thriving firm based in Essex is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to provide locum support during a period of absence. OVERVIEW
•You will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning matters, drafting wills and trusts and providing guidance on inheritance tax planning.
•The appointed Solicitor will liaise with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored legal advice on wills, probate, and estate planning.
•Handle contentious probate matters, representing clients in disputes related to wills and estates.
•This role is office based.
•You will be expected to work individually however you will receive secretarial support when necessary.
•You will demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to getting tasks right on the first attempt.
•Applicants will have at least 3 years PQE and be STEP qualified.
•You will be a Wills & Trusts Solicitor who possesses a unique blend of legal expertise, client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail.
•On site parking.
