Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Oxfordshire, £Excellent + Benefits - Join a well-established, friendly firm with a strong regional presence. A new opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial property law. JOB REF: 6607.
• The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions.
• You will draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct property searches, ensuring due diligence.
• Provide expert advice on property law matters.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements.
• The firm will be considering candidates with a minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in property law.
