The successful candidates will support the Real Estate Finance team with post-completion matters. These matters include registering security with Companies House and the Land Registry, serving security notices, preparing document bibles, and managing file closures.

•The appointed Legal Assistants will be responsible for assisting the team and the wider departments where required to ensure exceptional levels of client’s care.

•This role will initially be office-based, but after the probation period, the firm will offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing two days of remote work per week.

•Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months continual and current experience within a similar role. This should include supporting property transactions. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike
