Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Cardiff / Hybrid, £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) - A leading national law firm with offices based in Cardiff are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor into their team. JOB REF: 6585.

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• You will ideally have experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career.
• You will have handled a mixed caseload of employment matters and will have a strong network of contacts within the regional market who will instruct you on future matters.
• You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
• The firm is a leading practice who is well established in the South Wales market.
• The Partners have all come from leading regional law firms where they became frustrated with an inability to drive their careers forward.
• The firm offer an excellent quality of work along with a good work life balance.
