Private Client Solicitor 3+ PQE, London, £45-55p/h. A locum opportunity has opened for a Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly London team offering comprehensive legal services in the city and surrounding areas. OVERVIEW:

• Handle a diverse caseload comprising wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
• Provide expert advice on all aspects of Private Client law.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Manage the administration of estates from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personal and empathetic approach to their legal needs.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation.
• Liaise with other professionals, such as financial advisers and accountants, to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
• Have proven experience handling your own Private Client caseload independently
• Be able to commence work immediately for a minimum of 3 months.
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing a high standard of client care.
• Possess exceptional organisation and communication skills.
