CORPORATE SOLICITOR 2 – 5 PQE, LONDON, EXCELLENT £ SALARY & BENEFITS. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to corporate law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will assist partners with their transactions and supervise and support trainee and newly qualified team members. Additionally, you will regularly collaborate with specialists from the firm's other commercial teams to ensure excellent client service.

• The firm is considering candidates with experience in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and representing buyers and sellers in share and asset sales and purchases.

• You will be capable of managing your own caseload and confident in handling disclosure processes, including preparing due diligence requests and reports. Additionally, you should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills for heads of terms, disclosure letters, and asset/share purchase agreements.

• This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse workload, including acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganizations, and providing legal guidance for private equity and venture capital. The firm also provides expert advice on employee share schemes and incentives, employee ownership trusts, and shareholder agreements, offering tailored support for start-ups and private investors.
