OVERVIEW:

• The appointed candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions independently, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• You will prioritise business development efforts, establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE in commercial property law from a national or boutique law firm, with hands-on experience managing their own caseload.
• The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high standards of work while receiving support to enhance their s skillset.
• You will have the opportunity to enhance your business development skills, effectively growing the commercial property client base and contributing to the department's continued success.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential, enabling you to confidently manage client relationships and drive continued growth for the firm.
• The successful candidate will be target-driven and confident in their ability to achieve the billing targets set by management.
