OVERVIEW:
• The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters with minimum supervision.
• You will provide advice and assistance on tax and trusts, including the creation and management of trust structures, probate and estate administration
• Prepare and manage Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring clients' wishes are legally protected.
• Handle Court of Protection work, with sensitivity and professionalism, upholding the exceptional client service standards of the firm.
• Experience in contentious probate matters and STEP membership would be desirable but is not essential.
• Opportunities for professional and personal development are available.

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Client, gained in either a national firm or a boutique practice.
