PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ PQE, BEFORDSHIRE, UP TO £49,000 DOE

This reputable regional firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE to join their expanding team. Not only will the successful candidate benefit from on going career development but the firm also offers an excellent basic salary, a competitive bonus scheme and remote working and flexi-time opportunities.

THE ROLE:
The work will involve both property litigation matters and general dispute resolution. You will:
confidently run your own caseload,
have up-to-date and extensive working knowledge of the relevant law and CPR,
be capable of developing case management strategies,
have experience of mediation, negotiation and ADR.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is the ideal role for a Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE who is looking to progress their career, and in addition to running a varied caseload, will enjoy:
mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team,
business development, networking and building client relationships,
managing their own and the team’s financial targets.
