Professional Indemnity Lawyer, 3-6 years’ PQE, Birmingham – A top national practice is looking to add an additional Lawyer into their established team highly recommended for their defendant professional indemnity services. OVERVIEW:
• This role calls for a driven individual to join an established Insurance Disputes team in the Midlands and deal with a varied caseload of matters.
• Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters you will be acting for a diverse range of professional including insurance brokers, lawyers, construction professionals and surveyors.
• The successful candidate will at least 3 years experience of dealing with professional indemnity matters and a strong working knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedure knowledge.
• You will be a proactive team player, offering lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
• Confident in your ability to provide outstanding client care, you will show evidence of leadership skills and be comfortable supervising and working with team members.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or legal executive with up to 6 years’ experience in dealing with professional indemnity matters
