JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: Circa £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join a Legal 500 rated team and deal with a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions. You will possess the ability to handle your own and be advising on leases, development, some agricultural property matters, freehold properties, option agreement and various other commercial property related matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
If you have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of commercial property matters and are looking for firm where you can build and develop your career then this could be the role you have been waiting for. The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be working on general commercial property matters as well as option agreements, leases, promotion and overage agreements and development matters.
