OVERVIEW:
• Manage a dynamic caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate drafting of allegations.
• Conduct investigations into professional conduct cases within the healthcare sector.
• Assess evidence to draft and finalise allegations and case reports.
• Collaborate with permanent team members to process and investigate a wide range of complaints regarding professional misconduct.
• Analyse and assess large quantities of information, organising it into a coherent and efficient manner.
• Maintain excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Demonstrate outstanding drafting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a 6-month FTC with the possibility of extension.
• Applications from Solicitors, Barristers and non-qualified individuals will be considered who can prove at least 3 years of experience of fitness to practice casework experience.
