CORPORATE SOLICITOR 3 – 5 PQE, LONDON, SALARY £70–90K (DOE). The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to corporate law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will be expected to assist the partners with their transactions and provide supervision and support to trainee and NQ members of the team, as well as regularly liaise with other specialists across the firm’s other commercial teams to provide excellent client service.

• The firm are considering candidates that have experience in private equity transactions, transactional mergers and acquisitions, and acting on behalf of buyers and sellers on share and assets sales/purchases.

• You will have the ability to run your own caseload and must be confident in managing disclosure processes including preparing due diligence requests and reports. You will also have strong drafting and negotiation skills in relation to head of terms, disclosure letters, and asset/share purchase agreements.

• This is an opportunity to handle a varied workload, handling acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganizations, and legal guidance for private equity and venture capital. The firm also offer expert advice on employee share schemes and incentives, employee ownership trusts, and shareholder agreements, providing tailored support for start-ups and private investors
