EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, FULL OR PART TIME, UP TO £49,000 DOE (PRO RATA)
THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AMBITIOUS, EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR TO JOIN AN EXPANDING EMPLOYMENT LAW TEAM.

This expanding firm offers advice to both employers and employees and prides itself the high quality of employment law services it delivers. The work is varied and this role will suit Employment Solicitors who enjoy working in partnership with their clients to offer strategic and accurate advice.
Applications are sought from Employment Law Solicitors with 3 years’ plus PQE.

Ideal candidates will have:
• represented employees and employers in contentious and non-contentious matters,
• prepared employment contracts and staff handbooks,
• advised on settlement agreements,
• appeared at the Employment Tribunal,
• up to date knowledge of the law on restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistle blowing and TUPE,
• excellent communication skills.
