THE FIRM:
This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its London based conveyancing team. The firm prides itself on:

THE ROLE:
The busy residential property team specialises in a broad range of matters, and the ideal candidate will:
• have responsibility for their own files,
• have experience of dealing with a high volume of matters, and
• use case management software and be capable of managing their own administration from file opening to post-completion.

THE CANDIDIATE:
This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual who will ideally have:
• a minimum of 2 years’ PQE,
• comprehensive knowledge of property law and best practice,
• excellent communication, time management and organisation skills, and
• an interest in or experience of business development.
