JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor – part time
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
PQE: 5+ years’ PQE
SALARY: up to c£48,000 DOE

•The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.

•The Firm’s corporate and commercial litigation departments are a constant source of work for this post and there are opportunities for business development and marketing to further grow the profile of the department.

•Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience handling Commercial Property matters with an enthusiastic, pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
