The successful Residential Conveyancer will oversee a range of property cases from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision. The role will entail:

• Handling a dynamic caseload of property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
• Demonstrating exceptional time-management skills to process cases efficiently and generate fee income in line with targets.
• Managing your workload independently, ensuring high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and stakeholders in a manner that reflects the firm's distinguished reputation.
• The firm seeks candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing and handling their own caseload.
• The successful candidate will be commercially aware, understand the impact of business targets on the practice, and be committed to excellent client care.
• All candidates should be IT literate and proficient in using a web-based case management system.
• This role is fully on-site due to the team’s setup.
