CORPORATE LAWYER (SENIOR / LEGAL DIRECTOR), 8+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £100,000 (DOE). Outstanding opportunity to join highly successful team for a Top 100 Law firm. Job ref: 215296438

The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of corporate matters, advising a diverse range of clients with excellent quality work, on a full-time permanent basis.

• This firm are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director with a corporate background and strong technical ability. You must be confident at handling your own caseload and be comfortable supervising Junior colleagues.

• You should have experience in advising a broad spectrum of clients on various corporate transactions such as, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, share incentives, and EOT transactions.

• You will also have demonstrable experience of working closely with startups, owner managed businesses and family-owned businesses, as well as larger corporate entities, PE houses and funds.

• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.

• You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development to build relationships to service the Southeast region and aid the entire team and its growth.
