JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £DOE

OVERVIEW:
• An opportunity has arisen within a leading regional firm within their highly rated tier 1 private client team.
• The appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive will be working within a team renowned for providing the best possible service to clients on a variety of private client matters including Wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and court of protection matters.
• Responsible for your own caseload of matters, you will be advising clients on a range of private client matters including complex estate administration, trusts, succession, tax and mental capacity. You will also deal with court of protection matters.
• You will have at least 5 years of experience in dealing with the full remit of private client matters and be either a qualified solicitor or legal executive looking for the next move in your career.
• As the chosen Private Client Lawyer, you will have sound technical experience in estate administration and working with vulnerable clients. Ideally you will be STEP qualified or keen to work towards this qualification.
