COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, WORCESTERSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50,000 (DOE). This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to take ownership of your position and advance your career in a bustling high-street law firm. Job ref: 6418
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including some residential property issues.

You will handle commercial leases (landlord and tenant), sales and acquisitions, the sale and purchase of businesses, and the sale and purchase of building plots, among other duties.
A minimum of 3 years' experience managing diverse commercial property cases independently is required.
This role is supported by an assistant and a friendly, supportive team.
This is a full-time position, initially office-based, with potential for flexible working arrangements once settled.
