CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, CHESHIRE, UP TO £50,000 (DOE). • The appointed candidate will manage their own conveyancing caseload, predominantly involving residential matters such as New Build Properties, Deed of Variations, Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership.

• Applicants should provide evidence of previous experience in independently handling a full range of conveyancing transactions.

• The appointed candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial transactions, including but not limited to landlord/tenant agreements, share sales, and section 106 agreements.

• The successful candidate will also be expected to build upon existing client relationships, maintain the annual Law Society CQS accreditation, and participate in business development efforts.

• This role is office-based due to the team setup.

• Part-time working can be considered as an option for more senior applicants if desired.
