• In this role you will be expected to handle a dynamic Private Client caseload, including Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Deputyship, advising clients on services offered where necessary.
• Ensure meticulous file management aligned with established procedures and consistently adhering to Lexcel, Law Society, and SRA standards.
• Guide and support junior members of the Private Client team through supervision and mentorship.
• Play a pivotal role in business development efforts and marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the renewal process for the annual Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation.
• The successful candidate will have at 5+ years of experience handling their own Private Client caseload, likely gained in either national practices or high-street firms.
• This role will be predominantly office-based but some degree of flexibility is on offer once settled.
• This firm will consider Legal Executives and Senior Solicitors alike.
