Job Description

SENIOR EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 10+ YEARS PQE, NORTHHAMPTONSHIRE, UP TO £65,000. 33 days annual leave, with an additional day for your birthday off, life insurance, medical cover, free on-site parking. Job ref: 6414

The successful candidate will manage a variety of business-related employment law matters, providing expert advice to a diverse clientele, both domestic and international.

• Handling a broad range of employment law issues, this opportunity will allow you to expand your expertise to include various international jurisdictions, through the firm’s unparalleled training and exposure programs.
• You will be able to demonstrate a proven billing track record and senior-level management competence.
• You will be able to exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.
• You will be expected to drive positive and successful internal and client outcomes with minimal supervision.
• The appointed candidate will have likely gained their hands-on experience in national sized firms or niche employment practices.
