JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Due to an increase in new instruction, the property team is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive who possesses the ability to deal with a varied caseload of property matters with a focus on development matters and some residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with an existing caseload of matters and be able to ideally hit the ground running.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who are able to demonstrate sound technical expertise in commercial property. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have experience of dealing with the full range of commercial property with a particular focus on commercial development matters. Suitable Commercial Property Lawyers will be commercially aware and have expertise in commercial property matters.
