THE ROLE:
In this role you will handle a diverse range of high value and intricate commercial property disputes, while also handling responsibilities in landlord-tenant matters, asset management, and development work. The appointed Solicitor will lead the Manchester team, providing oversight, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members. As well as, working closely with senior members of the national team to promote the development and growth of the team in Manchester.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are seeking an experienced Property Litigation solicitor with 7 + years’ PQE and experience gained in a similar role. You will have a willingness to play a key role within the team both internally and externally. Demonstrating strong technical skills along with a proactive interest in business development and experience in supervising or mentoring more junior members. The successful candidate will be confident, with good client management skills.
