RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, £COMPETITIVE, HAMPSHIRE
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Licenced Conveyancer to join an expanding, family-run firm.

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity. The work is varied and includes HNW transactions and cash purchases. You will manage your own caseload, offer detailed advice to clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential conveyancing, be confident working without supervision and enjoy being in a client facing role. This opportunity will suit a Solicitor who is able to pick up an existing caseload, manage a high volume of files and thrives in a busy work environment.
