Regulatory Paralegal, 1 year experience, London/ Hybrid, up to £27,500 (DOE). JOB TITLE: Regulatory Paralegal – 3 month FTC
LOCATION: London/ Hybrid
EXPERIENCE: minimum 1 year experience
SALARY: £27,500 per annum

OVERVIEW:
• Deliver a high-quality frontline enquiry service to registrants and the public.
• Manage a range of enquiry calls, ensuring all cases are handled in line with customer service standards.
• Recognise and give precedence to cases with high-risk factors for necessary action.
• Ensure compliance with current policies, guidance, and service standards.
• Work together with team members to accomplish team objectives and goals.
• 1 year experience in a similar role managing high volume and varied caseloads.
• Have practical experience operating within a legislative framework and making decisions based on evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
