JOB TITLE:       Employment Law Advisor
EXPERIENCE:   minimum of 1 year experience
LOCATION:       Bedfordshire/ Hybrid
SALARY:           From £25,000 per annum dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
•Handle a varied caseload of employment issues, offering expert advice to members
•Provide thorough employment law guidance and HR assistance
•Advocate for members in meetings, ensuring their interests are protected.
•Manage grievance, capability, and conduct proceedings, including the preparation of statements and disclosure bundles.
•The appointed Legal Professional will have at least one year NHS experience and case management experience.
•Exceptional organisational and communication skills
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and strong IT capabilities
