JOB TITLE:    Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE:              2 + years’ PQE
LOCATION:   Greater Manchester

The appointed solicitor will join the firm's Commercial Litigation team, which handles all aspects of reputation management and media engagement, including pre-publication advice and assisting corporate clients with data subject access requests.

•The successful candidate will independently handle their own workload and assist the partner with high profile and time-sensitive cases.

•Our client is looking for a Legal Professional who can showcase extensive expertise in legal principles and court procedures, especially in general litigation areas such as defamation, privacy, breach of confidence, UK GDPR, and harassment.

•The appointed candidate will have over 2 years of post-qualification experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules along with the Media List requirements.
