Planning Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to join one if the region’s leading planning teams and undertake a high quality of planning work both locally and nationally. JOB REF: 6269.

• As a highly skilled and ambitious Planning Solicitor, you will be motivated to excel within a top tier planning team, providing focused, clear and commercial solutions across an exciting and varied caseload.
• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning services, from drafting of infrastructure agreements to the implementation of intricate and challenging mixed use schemes.
• You will gain exposure to a wide and varied client base, including social housing bodies, banks and retail and leisure operators.
• You will be ambitious, pro-active, enthusiastic and It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
