JOB TITLE: Care Lawyer
EXPERIENCE: 2+PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire - Multiple offices across the county
SALARY: Up to £45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an experienced Care Lawyer. This quality focussed firm have recently joined forces with a local regional firm and are looking to grow their already successful Family and Childcare Department. The appointed Childcare Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of both private and public matters to include, divorce finances, matrimonial matters, child protection and adoptions cases. You should be able to attend court as and when required and can hit individual billing targets. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Department.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are looking for Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have gained a minimum of 3 + years’ experience within a similar role. The Successful Solicitor/Legal Executive should be quality driven and be able to manage their time efficiently. You should have experience of business development and previous networking skills. Experience of legal aid is highly desirable.
