THE ROLE:
The appointed Senior Solicitor will provide a wide range of general and specialist insurance coverage and claims defence advice. Your work will frequently involve building contracts, so familiarity with construction appointment documents, collateral warranties, JCT and other contract documentation is required.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience with excellent knowledge and a background in commercial litigation/professional indemnity litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Some general knowledge of London insurance market and Lloyds regulatory issues would be highly advantageous.
