JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
Having achieved ongoing success over the last few years, this Norfolk based practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join the firm on a full-time basis and play an integral in supporting the firm in achieving their growth plans including getting the firm CQS accredited and also on some of the mortgage panels. The chosen Residential Property Lawyer will be ambitious and be looking for a role which offers plenty of responsibility and progression which this position has in abundance for the right individual. As the team grows, the successful Residential Property Lawyer will be expected to assist in developing the department through the already established client base the firm has built up over recent years.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will ideally have experience of dealing with all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and be looking for the opportunity to play an integral role in developing the conveyancing offerings within the Norfolk market. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have the drive and desire to business develop and market within the local area as well as possess the capability to liaise and work closely with estate agents, referrers, and other clients. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have sound technical expertise in dealing with residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. If you have a positive attitude and are looking for a role which provides you with the scope to have plenty of client contact and autonomy, then this could be the role you have been waiting for!
