JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £35-45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:.
As a capable Residential Conveyancer you will be managing your own cases proactively with minimal supervision. You will work closely with your colleagues to progress a range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to end, and you will be expected to complete the checking aspects of files. You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, support compliance, third party relationships and demonstrate effective delegation of procedural, clerical, and administrative tasks as appropriate.

THE CANDIDATE:
In order to be successful you must be qualified in the area of practice (either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or as a Licenced Conveyancer). To be able to demonstrate the technical competencies required, it is likely that you will have at least 2 years’ post qualification experience. You must have a robust knowledge of the legal services industry along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio of conveyancing work. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions relating to the area of your responsibility.
