JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Devon
SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to either a Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 years’ experience within a previous dispute resolution role. You will be joining a team who assists clients with a range of matters to include, but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, property damage claims, contentious probate and construction dispute matters. This role will see the successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to completion. You will play a key role in driving the department to further success over the coming months and years.

THE ROLE:
This busy team is seeking an ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor with around 2 years’ experience in this area of law. The successful applicant will assist in managing a busy client portfolio dealing with all aspects of Property matters. You will need to be extremely good at juggling the demands of multiple cases and be able to work proactively at all times, and independently where required.
