JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2-3+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £45-60,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This established, London firm is looking for a diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced Lawyer to join their busy property department focusing on commercial property work aligned with some mixed use/residential work. You will be dealing with all aspects of commercial property, acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting and acquiring leases for landlords and tenants and acting for lenders.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and a keen interest and proven ability in business development as well as a pro-active approach to risk management.
