JOB TITLE:        Court of Protection Paralegal
EXPERIENCE:    1 + year
LOCATION:        Greater Manchester
SALARY:            on application

OVERVIEW:
•Assisting with the preparation and submission of deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
•Managing ongoing deputyship matters, including liaising with clients, financial institutions, and healthcare professionals.
•Conducting legal research and providing support to Fee Earners on complex legal issues.
•A commitment to providing high-quality client service with empathy and professionalism.
•Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably with experience in Court of Protection matters.
•Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
