A leading law firm is currently looking to appoint a Wefare Paralegal to join its successful Court of Protection Team. The successful Welfare Paralegal will be working within an established team to provide basic welfare benefits advice and comprehensive administrative support to ensure quality service is delivered to all clients. The newly appointed Welfare Paralegal will be liaising with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders on a regular basis and will keep knowledge up to date to ensure all advice given is inline with current legislation.




The ideal Welfare Paralegal will have a minimum of one years experience managing their own caseload, experience of working within a welfare department would be advantageous but not essential. The successful welfare paralegal will have good academic qualifications and be able to stick to strict time deadlines and have excellent organisational skills.
