THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for an newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving team. With proven technical expertise across all aspects of residential property, this is the perfect opportunity for a self-sufficient Residential Property Solicitor to make their mark on the expanding and developing residential property team of this well established firm. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be required to handle their own caseload of residential property files you will be responsible for advising on sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases and transfers of equity.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The established residential property team requires an Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be capable of handling high quality residential conveyancing with minimum to no supervision. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a friendly and collegiate team which would suit a hard working individual who is eager to be part of a successful and developing practice.
