THE ROLE:

The thriving and busy residential property department of this established law firm is keen to appoint an additional Residential Property or Legal Executive to undertake a varied caseload of residential property transactions. As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for dealing with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and be expected to deal with all types of property matters including sales and purchases, right to buy, shared ownership and transfers of equity.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Residential Conveyancers will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with all types of residential property transactions such as sales and purchases, right to buy, residential investments, shared ownership, matrimonial transfers. Applications are sought from Residential Property Lawyers who are able to demonstrate strong experience in using case management systems as well as the ability to work well under pressure and using your own initiative. Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers will be considered for this role and will be well placed to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters.
