Residential / Plot Sales Locum, South Yorkshire – Immediate start locum opportunity for an experienced conveyancer working in a busy developer team handling new build both leasehold and freehold plot sales files.

THE ROLE:

The Residential / Plot Sales Locum opportunity on offer will require the successful locum to manage their own caseload of property files from inception to completion. Your caseload will be varied from dealing with sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages but there is also the specific need to be able to oversee and manage plot sales on development sites.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The Residential / Plot Sales Locum will have at least 3 years of property experience and be able to manage their own caseload without supervision. Alongside your technical abilities, it is also imperative that you have excellent client care skills and also enjoy working as part of a close knit team.

My client is a long standing and reputable 500 practice who has an excellent reputation within the mark place for handling good quality work and providing the best possible service to its service users.
